Operations Rule Book : Operations Rule Book is the Bible of entire operations & manitainence which provides rules to be followed by all O&M employees in order to ensure safety of passengers and employees, Responsibility for the interpretation of the daily application of this Operations Rule Book rests with the OCC Chief Controller whose decision is final.
